Psychotherapy
We are therapists who go therapy ourselves. We try to walk the walk, using the same mindfulness and cognitive behavioral skills in our daily lives that we share with you. We've sat across from someone during that first session, hoping they will listen and see our potential, even when we can't.
Starting therapy is a big step. We view it as an honor to walk alongside you through your past, meeting you exactly where you are in your healing process. We love working with people from all over the country, from all walks of life, and representing a variety of personalities and strengths. We are all either members or allies of the LGBTQIA+ community. We do everything we can to provide a safe, supportive space for healing.
